  1. How can I get in touch with an artist at Ink Haven?
    You can contact the studio via phone, email or instagram DM. You can also reach out to an artist directly VIA their individual instagrams, emails and phone numbers, or walk in to say hi!
  2. How should I care for my new tattoo?
    • Wear the adhesive wrap administered to you by an artist for 24 hours.
    • Peel off the wrap and wash the tattoo with warm water and an unscented antibacterial soap.
    • Once dry, place a new adhesive wrap on to the tattoo and keep on for up to 6 days (do not dry off the tattoo with fiber towel and do not moisturize before placing the new wrap)
    • Peel off the second wrap and wash the tattoo with an unscented antibacterial soap and then apply a thin layer of an unscented water based moisturizer.
    • Wash and moisturize the tattoo 1-2 times a day until the tattoo is no longer flaking and the skin is fully healed. Other Notes
    • Adhesive wraps are water resistant but not waterproof. Showering is okay but submersion is not.
    • Stay out of prolonged sunlight. This could damage the skin and the tattoo permanently. Sunburns can severely effect the healing process and cause a number of issues.
    • If the wrap accidentally comes off early, you can either replace the wrap again or proceed to the next steps of healing tattoo.
    • Any burning or pain that persists after the second day should be investigated as a reaction to the wrap or a possible infection. Consult your artist.

Do you take walk-ins or do I need an appointment at Ink Haven?                                                                                                                                               We welcome walk-ins and appointments. Visit us Tuesday-Thursday 12-8, Friday-Saturday 12-10, Sunday 12-8. Appointments are also available when you reach out to an artist directly.
  1. What if my tattoo or piercing needs adjustments?
    We take pride in making sure every tattoo is the best it can be. We offer touch-ups and adjustments when necessary so don’t hesitate to ask.
